Process these notes from the project sync on Oct 12: Sarah said we must fix the API bug by Friday. Mark might help. We agreed to delay the UI launch. Who owns the docs? I'm not sure yet.

    About this skill

Meeting To Action Assistant helps you turn meeting notes or a supplied transcript into a structured action list and decision record. It works with Claude and ChatGPT.

    What it does

    • Separates agreed decisions, assigned actions, suggestions, open questions and background context
    • For each action lists the action, owner, due date, status and a short source anchor (speaker, section or quote)
    • Uses "not assigned" or "not agreed" where the notes do not say, instead of guessing owners or dates
    • Flags conflicting dates or disputed decisions rather than picking one

    Good to know

    • It works only from the notes you provide. It does not record or join meetings, and it does not send anything.
    • Vague dates such as "next Friday" are kept as written unless you supply the meeting date and time zone.
    • Review the output before sharing it with your team.

Requires manual text/file input. Cannot resolve relative dates (e.g., "next Friday") without a reference date. Limited to English and Dutch. No autonomous tool integrations.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Unlike generic prompts that often guess owners or dates, this skill uses strict logic gates to distinguish between firm commitments and casual suggestions, ensuring every extracted task is grounded in the transcript.

This skill is compatible with any LLM capable of processing long-form documentation and works with standard text-based formats like Markdown, TXT, and VTT transcript files.

Yes, the skill features full multi-language support, allowing you to process Dutch transcripts and generate English action points, or vice versa, while maintaining factual accuracy.

The assistant identifies 'Conflict Flags' when speakers disagree or provide contradictory information, preserving these nuances for your review instead of forcing a single, potentially incorrect conclusion.

This skill is a specialized logic layer for processing existing text; it does not have the capability to join live calls, record audio, or sync directly with external task managers like Jira or Asana.
