    Meeting Recap PowerPoint Pack

Example session with this skill installed

Use the meeting-recap-deck-pack skill. Fill the meeting recap deck for our call with Acme: replace the demo company, partner and attendee names.

    • Read your context and instructions
    • Compiled the meeting recap powerpoint

    Summary

This is a real run of the fill procedure described in the pack's SKILL.md, on a copy of decks/01-meeting-recap.pptx. It swaps the demo names for new ones to check that formatting and slide count survive. It is not a customer deck.

    CheckResult
Slides in the saved copy10 of 10
Text replaced run by run (fonts and colours kept)11 replacements
Demo names left (Helix, Northstar, Maya Chen)0
Names split across several text runs0
Tables or grouped shapes the simple loop would miss0

The original file in decks/ is untouched; the work is done on a copy.

What the agent does with your real notes

    1. Asks which meeting type, picks the deck (default: recap).
    2. Collects attendees, decisions with owner and date, open questions, actions, numbers. Anything missing becomes NEED_INPUT.
    3. Fills the copy, then reopens it and searches for leftover demo names and NEED_INPUT.
    4. Reports which slides changed and which facts are still missing.

    Next steps

Check the layout in PowerPoint or Keynote before sending: text fit is not verified automatically.

Connects securely to your tools. The creator never sees your data.

    About this skill

Ten editable meeting decks, already filled with a worked example

Open a deck, replace the demo content with your meeting facts, and present. Each deck has 10 slides in 16:9 with a dark "ops terminal" look. The demo story (a fictional retailer and its ops partner) shows what each slide should say, so you edit instead of starting from a blank page.

Who this is for: consultants, agency leads, project managers and founders who send recaps, client updates and weekly or board updates and want them to look consistent.

    What you get

    • 10 decks: meeting recap, client update, weekly update, proposal outline, QBR lite, async standup, decision log, board update lite, kickoff recap, retro actions.
    • Prompts (prompts/notes-to-slides.md) that turn raw notes into the text the cards expect: recap fill, weekly update, client tone, external client update.
    • Guides: INSTALL.md, docs/HOW_TO_CUSTOMIZE.md, docs/GOOGLE_SLIDES.md.
    • A root SKILL.md so a coding agent can pick the right deck and fill it from your real notes with python-pptx, marking any missing fact as NEED_INPUT instead of inventing it.

    Read before you buy

    • The decks are PowerPoint files. Google Slides converts them on import, so rounded cards can flatten and long text can wrap; check fonts after converting.
    • This does not generate slides from a prompt by itself. You, or your agent, supply the facts.
    • Cards do not shrink text to fit. Keep replacements close to the demo length and check the layout visually before you send.
    • All names and numbers in the demos are invented.

    How to use

Skills on Agensi run inside your AI agent. Copy the prompt, paste it into your agent, and it connects to Agensi and installs this skill for you. If a payment is needed, your agent shows it to you first.
