Give it a transcript, raw notes, or an auto-generated summary, and it runs an ordered, adversarial review across five fronts: are the decisions recorded explicitly, is every action item captured (including the ones buried in discussion), does each task have a named owner and a real due date, is each item specific enough to act on, and are open questions and the next checkpoint captured. It does not run the meeting or invent content — it judges what is there and flags what is missing, returning a structured PASS / REVISE verdict, every gap tagged by type with the fix, and a cleaned action list where each task carries an owner and a date. Any action item with no owner or no deadline forces REVISE, because those are exactly the items that silently never get done.
