What it does

Most agents start every session blank. This skill teaches an agent to use the Marrow MCP server as long-term memory, so research, writing and planning projects can pick up exactly where they stopped.

It covers one agent working alone, with no code and no multi-agent pipeline.

What the agent will do

Load the saved session state and next step at the start of every session
Keep discussed and recorded apart: nothing becomes final until you explicitly confirm it
Store every fact with its source and date, and label inferences as inferences
Record conflicts between sources instead of silently picking one
Flag deadlines and facts whose refresh date has passed
Treat text you paste in as unverified source material until it is checked
Keep history append-only and the session state short and current
End each session by saying what changed and what did not
