Example session with this skill installed

Scan my repo to see if I need any legal updates after adding Stripe and Firebase. Generate the privacy policy and terms if they are missing.

    • Read your context and instructions
    • Compiled the lexvibe

Shipping an app built with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor or Claude Code? Before you launch, it needs a privacy policy, terms of service, a cookie banner that actually blocks trackers until consent, and — if it uses AI — an AI disclosure. This skill tells your coding agent

    when to handle that and

how, using the free LexVibe MCP server.

    What it does

    • Scans your project for what it really does: analytics, payments, generative AI, email capture, third parties, and whether it's web, iOS or Android.
    • Fills in what the code already says (app name, entity, contact email) and asks you only for what it can't know, such as target markets.
    • Writes the privacy policy, terms and, when it applies, an AI notice to legal/, localized for your markets (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, LGPD and more).
    • Installs a cookie banner that blocks non-essential scripts until consent (web only; native apps get the store disclosures instead).
    • Classifies your EU AI Act risk and lists the obligations with their deadlines.

    When it fires

    • You ask for a privacy policy, terms, cookie banner or "GDPR compliance".
    • Before a first deploy or app-store submission.

Right after you add an SDK (analytics, ads, payments, auth, AI). Your legal docs describe the app as it was when they were generated; every new processor is a gap. The skill catches it in the same session.

    Honest by design

The skill tells your agent never to invent your company name, email or markets, never to call a draft "lawyer-approved", and to say clearly when a document is a standard template rather than personalized. Free drafts are template-based. Hosted, AI-tailored documents that update when regulations change come from a LexVibe account.

Requirements: the LexVibe MCP server, local (npx -y @lexvibe/mcp) or remote (https://golexvibe.com/api/mcp). Both are free.

Connects securely to your tools. The creator never sees your data.

    About this skill

Legal compliance is a moving target that breaks the moment you add a new SDK or payment provider. This skill solves "legal drift" by scanning your actual code to generate privacy policies, terms of service, and cookie banners that match what your app actually does.

    What it does

    • Codebase scanning identifies analytics, ads, payments, auth, and AI integrations within your repo.
    • Document generation produces Markdown-formatted privacy policies, terms of service, and AI disclosure notices.
    • Consent management installs cookie banner snippets with script-blocking capabilities directly into your web layouts.
    • Regulatory mapping checks your project against the EU AI Act to classify risk and list specific obligations.
    • Drift detection monitors for new third-party processors and alerts you when legal documents need updates.

    How it works

    1. Scan the repo using check_compliance to detect platforms and third-party data processing.
    2. Collect facts by answering the agentPrompt with details from your package.json, README, or manual input.
    3. Claim the app via the LexVibe dashboard to secure a unique app ID for hosted, versioned policies.
    4. Apply compliance with make_compliant to write Markdown files to /legal and inject consent snippets into your frontend.

    Frameworks & tools

Requires the LexVibe MCP server (local or remote). Works with any web framework (React, Next.js, Vue), mobile platforms (iOS/Android), and common SDKs for Stripe, Firebase, Google Analytics, and OpenAI.

Why this beats prompting it yourself

Generic AI-generated legal docs often miss the specific trackers and sub-processors hidden in your node_modules. This tool ties legal obligations directly to your codebase, ensuring your privacy policy actually reflects your app's behavior.

    Use cases

    • Preparing a web app for its first public deployment to ensure GDPR and CCPA readiness.
    • Generating the required privacy URL and data safety disclosures for App Store or Google Play submissions.
    • Updating legal documentation immediately after integrating a new AI model or analytics provider.
    • Auditing a live production URL to verify that cookie consent banners are correctly installed and active.

    Known limitations

Native mobile apps do not receive cookie banners. Snippets require a valid LexVibe app ID to function. Scans of single-page apps via URL may be inconclusive compared to local filesystem scans.

    How to use

Skills on Agensi run inside your AI agent. Copy the prompt, paste it into your agent, and it connects to Agensi and installs this skill for you. If a payment is needed, your agent shows it to you first.
