Provide the relevant readable specification/addendum excerpts, existing estimate rows and supplier quotes. The skill organizes a working pack showing the explicit changes, affected estimate lines, current or unconfirmed quote bases, and the exact follow-ups needed before you update your pricing.

What you receive

1. A source-linked before/after change ledger with missing and unread material made visible.
2. An estimate-line repricing queue that separates confirmed links from ambiguous matches.
3. A stale-quote review: which supplier must requote and which needs to confirm coverage.
4. Ready-to-review supplier messages with the changed item, quantity and document reference.
5. A cost note using supplied quantities and applicable confirmed rates only, with unpriced components kept separate.
6. A closeout ledger distinguishing price confirmation from evidence that the estimate was actually updated.

More than an addendum summary

The workflow connects the received change to your existing estimate and the relevant supplier quote. It does not stop at listing what changed, and it does not treat an acknowledgment as a new price or an old unit rate as automatically valid.

An optional local Python helper checks normalized decimal arithmetic, duplicate active estimate components, missing rate confirmation, unit/currency mismatches and unresolved rows. It prints a JSON report without network access or edits to your source files. It does not read PDFs or independently verify source facts.

Inputs and runtime

Pasted text and tables are sufficient. Attachment reading and file exports depend on your agent's actual capabilities. The optional helper requires Python 3.9+ and uses only the standard library. No paid construction app, OCR service or API is required by this package. Your AI host may have its own access or usage limits.

Boundaries

Use on one bounded, readable trade package at a time. This is not a CAD/BIM tool, drawing takeoff system, engineering review, legal adviser, live supplier pricing service or autonomous estimator. It does not submit bids, send supplier messages or certify completeness. Costs, mappings and final submissions require estimator review.

All included examples are clearly fictional. The product does not guarantee savings, bid acceptance or error-free estimates. Unknowns remain unknown rather than becoming zero-cost assumptions.
