KISS Readable: Code Built to Be Navigated

Readability here is structural, not cosmetic. The core technique is bounded labeled sections, which pay off three ways at once: a human scans them, an agent targets edits inside them, and either one can lift a section out cleanly when it is time to extract.

Adds intent summaries on non-trivial units, why-comments instead of what-comments on complex logic, and naming that carries intention so the name does the documenting.

Use it whenever code is non-obvious or a file holds more than one section of related logic.

Where this came from

Deliberon is a Windows desktop app that runs a council of AI agents on a hard decision and hands back a Decision Record: dissent preserved, every claim marked as proved, asserted, or estimated.

KISS is the discipline Deliberon's own codebase is held to. This is the part that keeps a file navigable.
