KISS Coherence: One Question, One Answer

When the same concept gets derived in three places, no file is too big and no module is badly scoped, so size and modularity audits report clean. The problem is cross-cutting, and it is invisible to any check that looks at one file at a time.

This enforces one canonical accessor per concept, and runs a reverse pass for orphaned data, which is half the audit and the half people skip. It treats design values as coherence concepts too.

Two things keep it honest: a section on why consolidation is not free, so you do not delete something load-bearing, and a mandatory rule to record the negative finding when you audited and found nothing.

Where this came from

Deliberon is a Windows desktop app that runs a council of AI agents on a hard decision and hands back a Decision Record: dissent preserved, every claim marked as proved, asserted, or estimated.

KISS is the discipline Deliberon's own codebase is held to. This is the part that catches the same answer living in three places.
