KISS Blast Radius: Contain the Refactor

Edits break code nobody mentioned. This treats containment as the job: establish the bounded unit before the cut, make the cut once, then verify non-interference afterwards rather than assuming it.

It carries two specific traps worth the price on their own. The silent-deletion trap, where replacing a condition quietly drops a case that used to be handled. And the residue trap, where deleting an entity leaves references and state behind that fail later and somewhere else.

It also argues why containment beats cleanup, which is the habit most refactors get backwards.
