Pull these from the style guide before briefing
Approved pose library — exact asset IDs for each character in the poses above. Poses not in the library require a new-art request (expect weeks, possible refusal).
2. Approved group composition — group poses are usually a short, fixed list with defined relative scale.
3. Character colour specs — Pantone/CMYK per character; do not colour-pick from supplied art.

Legal line — exact wording, minimum size (typically 6pt), placement and territory variants. Copy it verbatim from the guide; never paraphrase or retype from memory.

Approval calendar (work backwards from the print date)
Print files due → final written approval → R3 → R2 → R1, each with the licensor's SLA (commonly 5–10 business days) plus your revision time, and one buffer round. Submit complete rounds; partial submissions reset the clock.
