Using the supplied fictional Copper Pod property record and its generated demonstration photograph, create the complete English public guest kit in the offgrid-manual direction with A4 print layouts. Preserve the supplied 15:00 check-in, 10:00 checkout, Europe/London timezone, arrival sequence, resource limits, guest-only equipment controls, house rules, local examples, departure checklist, contact details, and all three fictional source records. Keep the property, address, photograph, equipment and neighbourhood examples clearly fictional. Do not include private access credentials. Do not invent a Wi-Fi service, live road/weather information, technical maintenance advice, emergency number, or verified local business information. Generate guide.html, welcome-book.html, house-cards.html, property.json, platform-copy.txt, and readiness.json, then inspect the web/phone result and print the welcome book to A4 PDF for local review.
- Read your context and instructions
- Compiled the guest welcome book
- Generated the document
CREATOR-LOCAL DEMONSTRATION — NOT AN AGENSI BUYER EXECUTION TEST
Generated from the supplied fictional Copper Pod record, with its generated fictional demonstration photograph embedded in the guide and welcome book. English public edition; offgrid-manual direction; A4 layout.
ACTUAL FILE RECEIPT
guide.html — 4,081,615 bytes
welcome-book.html — 4,081,616 bytes
house-cards.html — 154,813 bytes
property.json — 9,674 bytes
platform-copy.txt — 6,789 bytes
readiness.json — 250 bytes
The guide contains all eight chapters: arrival, essentials, equipment, rules, local guide, property-specific resource notes, checkout, and help. Its public edition and fictional-example notices are visible. The separate browser-produced copper-pod-a4.pdf was checked at 8 A4 pages. The Node helper produced the six files above; the PDF came from browser printing.
Readiness result: audience public; fictional true; structuralErrors 0; checks []. Structural success does not certify real property facts. This fictional record has no separate Draft guide banner; its copy explicitly leaves real emergency arrangements, drinking-water/sanitation provision, technical equipment details and live conditions unverified. Private credentials are absent from the public materials.
The complete actual platform-copy.txt follows, without excerpting. These are fictional demonstration facts, not real accommodation or travel advice.

Copper Pod
Small footprint. Deliberate comfort.
A compact meadow cabin with a host-managed battery system, a limited water tank and a separate service enclosure. This stay works best when guests understand which resources are limited and which controls belong to the host.
FICTIONAL EXAMPLE — not a real accommodation or verified travel recommendation.
PUBLIC EDITION — private credentials excluded.

ARRIVAL
EXAMPLE ONLY · Pod C, Imaginary Copperfell Meadow; not a navigable address
Leave the car in the marked hardstanding at the top gate. The meadow track is pedestrian-only; use the supplied luggage trolley on that track.
- Ask the host for the current route and access handoff before travelling; no live road condition is supplied here.
- Park on the upper hardstanding and close the stock gate using its existing latch.
- Bring luggage down the marked pedestrian track; return the trolley to the covered stand.
- Read the resource card inside the pod and locate the host-contact details before unpacking.
Obtain real entry details privately through the agreed host channel. This public example contains no working entry method.
WI-FI
Network: Not supplied
STAY ESSENTIALS
Power is finite
The fictional host allows phone and laptop charging on the labelled sockets. Do not bring heaters, hair dryers, kettles or other high-draw appliances. The battery cabinet is host-only.
Water has a budget
Use short showers and turn taps off while soaping or brushing. The host monitors the tank; ask before any unusual water use rather than guessing the remaining supply.
The service enclosure
The locked enclosure contains the water and electrical plant. Guests must not reset breakers, change battery settings, open fuel containers or attempt repairs.
Waste leaves in containers
Use the sealed general-waste bin and separate clean packaging box. Do not empty food, grey water or cleaning products onto the meadow.
Connectivity is not promised
The example has no Wi-Fi service and no verified mobile coverage. Download travel information before arrival and arrange a contact plan directly with the host.
EQUIPMENT
Battery status display
Fictional demonstration fixture; actual model not supplied
- Wake the display using the labelled View button only.
- Read the host-marked status band without changing menus or settings.
- If it shows the host-defined amber or red condition, stop optional charging and contact the host.
Status thresholds and permitted loads must come from the actual installer or host. This example provides no technical battery advice.

Low-power reading lights
Fictional demonstration fixture; actual model not supplied
- Use the bedside switches marked Reading.
- Aim the flexible shade without moving the fixed base.
- Switch the lights off when leaving the pod.
Do not connect another lamp to the service sockets.
Source: equipment-brief
Shower timer display
Fictional demonstration fixture; actual model not supplied
- Confirm the host says the water system is ready before the first shower.
- Use the installed guest controls and the visible host timer as a reminder to keep the shower brief.
- Turn the guest control fully off and report unusual temperature or flow to the host.
No boiler reset, pump setting or hot-water repair procedure is provided; only the host may operate the service plant.

HOUSE RULES
No extra electrical appliances
Only the host-listed guest devices may be used on the cabin sockets. Ask before bringing medical or other essential powered equipment.
No fires or candles
Open flame and portable cooking or heating equipment are excluded from the stay.
Stay out of the service area
The battery cabinet, tank enclosure and tool store are not guest areas.
Keep gates as found
Close gates after passing and remain on the marked guest track; surrounding land is not included.
Respect a quiet meadow
No outdoor amplified music, drones or additional overnight visitors without host agreement.

Resource-aware, without guesswork
A small cabin needs clear limits and a reliable human contact.
- Discuss essential powered equipment before booking. This example does not guarantee uninterrupted electricity, refrigeration or connectivity.
- The host must confirm drinking-water provision, sanitation arrangements and resource limits for the real property.
- Ask the host about transport and a departure plan if the track becomes unsuitable; this guide contains no live weather or road update.
- No off-grid maintenance skill is expected of a guest. A fault means stop using the affected item and contact the host.
CHECKOUT
Before 10:00 (Europe/London)
- Turn off the labelled guest lights and disconnect personal chargers.
- Check the loft shelf and compact storage drawers for belongings.
- Separate waste into the provided sealed containers; do not leave it outdoors.
- Leave taps off and report any water or power warning seen during the stay.
- Return the luggage trolley to its covered stand and close the meadow gate.
- Complete the private key return and confirm departure through the agreed booking channel.

Urgent help & emergency arrangements
This fictional example has no verified emergency number, emergency address or local urgent-care arrangement. A real host must verify these before sharing. In immediate danger, use the appropriate service for your actual location; host messaging is not an emergency service.

About this skill
Give guests a clear, beautiful guide to the stay—and give every property its own character.
Guest Welcome Book Studio Pro turns your actual property notes, approved instructions, and optional photos into an English guest guide that covers arrival, settling in, equipment, house rules, local essentials, property-specific details, departure, and help. Design goes beyond the cover: navigation, chapter layouts, typography, and print editions adapt to the property's needs.
Start with 24 complete fictional property recipes and 24 visual directions, from coastal editorial and forest fieldnotes to an off-grid manual, measured-access atlas, island travel folio, and compact city companion. Another 32 written operational routes help adapt the guide to late arrival, pets, remote work, shared spaces, ferry connections, and more. These routes are planning guidance, not 32 additional rendered examples. Bespoke art direction is supported when a preset does not fit.
The included Node.js helper generates six coordinated files from one property record: a mobile/web guide, printable welcome book, house cards, audience-specific property JSON, platform-ready text, and a structural readiness report. Choose public or booked-guest editions and A4 or US Letter print layouts. The public edition removes supplied access credentials from its dataset rather than merely hiding them on screen. Review the final files before sharing.
Accuracy is part of the design. Missing facts remain visibly unresolved; appliance steps need approved sources; private access information belongs in a separate guest edition. Use your own property photos, or keep an intentional no-photo guide. All recipes and photographed demonstrations are fictional.
Requires an Agent with suitable file-authoring tools; the included helper requires Node.js. Actual PDF delivery requires an available browser print/export step. This is a Skill and generation toolkit, not a hosted guest portal: the creator's visual showroom/editor and demonstration photographs are not included. Hosting, authentication, PMS synchronization, and booking automation are outside its scope.
Delivery note: local generation has been tested. Agensi buyer-side execution and multi-file resource delivery have not yet been verified. Platform review should confirm that the scripts, stylesheet, reference files, and recipe collection can be used together before approval. Generated guest materials are the intended deliverables; this listing does not promise a downloadable Skill archive or platform-independent access to the purchased Skill.
