    This downloadable local package checks an authorized export of a Google Forms section graph and produces a fixed, reproducible review packet. It includes an installable Python CLI, a local stdio MCP adapter and a companion Agent Skill. One run creates:

    The deterministic core detects broken jumps, unreachable sections, loops, early submits and required checkpoint bypasses. It rejects unsafe paths and malformed inputs, never overwrites an existing packet, escapes formula-active CSV cells and binds every input and output with SHA-256. Processing stays local; no API key, Google login, upload, telemetry or live form change is included.

    Best for form builders, educators and small agencies troubleshooting multi-section forms. Requires Windows 11, Python 3.11–3.14 and authorized local evidence files. Optional mcp==2.2.0 enables the local MCP adapter.

    Limitations: no Google account or API access, OAuth, live form edits, response validation repair, test submission, browser testing or guarantee that Google accepts the form. This is a one-time local V1.
