Global Patent Drafter

How to Use:
To start, simply open the package in your favorite AI agent interface (Cursor, Cline, Claude Code, etc.) and instruct the agent:
"Load the skill defined in SKILL.md and start the new patent drafting process."

The agent will immediately greet you and prompt you for the following parameters:

1. Your invention idea (a rough concept or simple sentence is fine)
2. Product/technology category (e.g., Devices & Systems, Software & Algorithms, Materials)
3. Existing materials (if any, such as sketches, notes, competitor products)
4. Execution Mode:
   • A. Step-by-Step Mode (Recommended): The agent pauses after each phase and waits for your feedback before proceeding.
   • B. All-at-Once Mode: The agent runs all 7 phases continuously.

During execution, the agent automatically saves intermediate drafts under the outputs folder at each step, and compiles a final PCT/USPTO standard patent specification draft at the end.

- Optional Python Automation: An advanced Python script is included for users who want to automate execution, backing up raw session logs in JSON and generating a markdown summary (.md).
