About This Skill
Founder Triage applies urgency × impact scoring to everything the user has listed and returns the single highest-scoring action. One action, one sentence explaining why it's first, and the first physical move to take. It's specifically designed to not hedge. No "you might also consider", no "here are your top three", no ranking for you to re-rank yourself. The whole point is to remove the decision overhead, not create more of it.
