FORTRESS Gate: Nothing Sends Without a Human

Staging is free. Sending is not. An agent that can post on your behalf can also burn an account on your behalf, and the error is public and permanent.

This runs the pre-send checklist and defaults to handing you a paste block instead of pushing anything outward. Section 4 holds the line even when browser automation is available: a human still approves each send. Section 5 keeps the whole thing dependency-free, so the gate works without add-ons.

It applies to anything outward-facing: posts, comments, submissions, emails.

This is one of the seven FORTRESS skills. It reads and writes the shared .monkeys/ pack, so it works on its own and works better alongside the rest.

Where this came from

Deliberon is a Windows desktop app that runs a council of AI agents on a hard decision and hands back a Decision Record: dissent preserved, every claim marked as proved, asserted, or estimated.

The gate is the rule I wrote after deciding that an agent should never be the last thing between a draft and the public.
