Etsy Listing Assistant supports handmade products, digital downloads, and seller-designed print-on-demand products. Start with rough notes, photos, sale files, an existing listing, or a product spreadsheet. The assistant uses your confirmed facts and gathers important missing details in one short message.
Each product pack includes:
- One recommended title and relevant tags.
- A buyer-facing description and applicable personalization or download instructions.
- A compact table of category, attribute, variation, price, inventory, production, and shipping selections where the required facts are supplied.
- An image upload order and prepared upload files when suitable tools are available.
- A short list of anything still needed.
For related products, provide shared shop information once and list each product's differences. The assistant keeps each product's facts and assets together. With file tools, it can save an editable shop profile for reuse. When you supply missing facts or corrected files, it resumes the draft and completes pending preparation.
Digital sellers can have supplied download files checked and organized into upload bundles where needed. The recorded T-shirt demo shows the agent preparing a listing from a supplied design and product brief, creating an optional mockup, and delivering the copy, settings, and image files.
