Run the included invented equipment register and work log examples as of 2026-09-19 with a USD 500 per-entry cost threshold. Show which assets are overdue or due soon and which work entry is high cost. Do not dispatch work or call it an OEM compliance check.

Synthetic equipment PM due and cost review
Inputs: three invented equipment rows and four invented completed-work entries.
As of: 2026-09-19.
Per-entry high-cost threshold: USD 500.
Status: REVIEW.
| Asset | Next PM due | Status | Recorded cost / flagged entry |
|---|---|---|---|
| EQ-101, sample conveyor | 2026-08-31 | OVERDUE, 19 days | USD 775 total; repair W-2 is USD 650 and crosses the threshold |
| EQ-202, sample pump | 2026-09-29 | DUE_SOON, 10 days | USD 210 total; no high-cost entry |
| EQ-303, sample fan | 2026-10-31 | ON_TRACK, 42 days | USD 45 total; no high-cost entry |
Human review queue: Confirm the register and work log cover the same asset IDs and as-of date. Check that preventive and repair entries are correctly classified, then compare the entered interval with actual OEM guidance. Review EQ-101’s overdue date and W-2 cost before planning work; review the EQ-202 upcoming date. The recorded EQ-101 repair cost contributes to cost totals but does not reset its preventive-maintenance due anchor.
Limits: All intervals and costs come from the supplied CSVs. No manufacturer schedule, safety or regulatory requirement was checked. This tool does not control equipment, dispatch orders, send reminders or modify a CMMS. The receipt binds the local packet to input bytes; it is not a compliance certificate.

What you get
About this skill
Provide two CSV files: an equipment register with preventive-maintenance intervals and a completed-work log marked preventive or repair. The included local CLI or optional stdio MCP tool calculates next due dates as of a date you choose, flags overdue and due-soon assets, and highlights individual work entries meeting your cost threshold. Repairs contribute to recorded cost but never silently reset the PM due date. It writes a deterministic review packet and integrity receipt; the companion SKILL.md guides human follow-up. The ZIP includes readable Python source, a CLI, optional local MCP adapter, invented CSV examples and sample output. Python 3.11–3.14 is required; optional MCP mode uses the pinned official SDK. This is a review queue from supplied dates and USD costs, not an OEM schedule, safety or compliance determination, live CMMS, reminder service or equipment controller.
