Digital Product Launch Board

Start from a launch date and work backwards. The product does not get built because the date exists; it gets built because a pre-sale gate says real people signalled they want it. This skill plans the whole arc: validation first, page second, announcements third, launch day as a runbook, and a day-7 decision that is written down before launch — not negotiated afterwards.

Ask these five questions before producing anything. If the user already answered one in their message, record it and do not ask again. Do not produce a board until at least Questions 1, 3, and 5 are known; if the user proceeds with gaps, state the defaults you used on the board itself.

1. Product and type — What is the product, in one sentence? Type: template / preset pack, ebook / guide, course, or agent skill? How finished is it right now: idea, draft, or done?
2. Price point — What will it cost, in what currency? Is there a real second tier or a real earlier price, or is this a single honest price? Refund policy as it will actually be honoured?
3. Audience temperature and size — Pick one: cold start (no list, no prior buyers), warm (engaged followers or a list that replies), or existing buyers (people who bought from you before). How many people can you actually reach — a number, or "unknown"?
4. Channels available — Which of these do you really have: an email list, one or more social accounts (name them), a community you own, a community you belong to (and its self-promo rules)? Channels you do not have do not appear on the board.
5. Launch date — The target date, YYYY-MM-DD. If it is less than 14 days away, the board is compressed and must say so loudly (see Mode 5). If it is in the past, stop and get a new date.
