This one ships the product: tell your agent "Make me a cozy 2027 undated weekly planner + habit tracker pack in sage green to sell on Etsy" and about a minute later you have designed, multi-page vector PDFs in US Letter and A4, a cover and a buyer thank-you page, listing images built from your real pages, a sales listing (title, 13 tags, description) that already passes Etsy's rules, and a ZIP ready for Gumroad, Shopify or Payhip.
