The deterministic core checks duplicate identities, ambiguous matches, protected-field changes, and blank-overwrite policy; it rejects unsafe paths and malformed inputs, never overwrites an existing packet, escapes formula-active CSV cells, and binds inputs and outputs with SHA-256. Intended for CRM administrators, RevOps teams, and agencies preparing a reviewable import handoff. Requires Windows 11, Python 3.11–3.14, and authorized local files in documented schemas; optional mcp==2.2.0 for the adapter. It does not log into a CRM, fuzzy-match contacts, merge or delete records, enrich data, perform an import, or guarantee vendor acceptance.
