    1. The coaching relationship

    Coaching is a partnership to help the client reach goals they choose. The client makes their own decisions and is responsible for their results. The coach does not guarantee specific outcomes.

    2. Not therapy or professional advice

    Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or legal or financial advice. If issues come up that need another professional, the coach will say so and may suggest the client seeks that help.

    3. Package

    4. Fees and payment

    • Total fee: €950. No VAT is charged under the small-business exemption.
    • Payment schedule: 2 instalments of €475, due on 1 October 2026 and 1 November 2026.

    5. Scheduling, cancellations and lateness

    • Either party may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
    • Sessions cancelled by the client with less notice, or missed, count as used.
    • If the coach cancels a session, it is rescheduled at no cost.
    • If the client is more than [15] minutes late, the session still ends at the planned time.
    • Unused sessions expire 4 weeks after the last planned session (7 January 2027).

    6. Confidentiality

    The coach keeps everything the client shares confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or there is a serious risk of harm to the client or others. Session notes are stored in an encrypted folder and deleted 12 months after the coaching ends.

    7. Ending early and refunds

    • Either party may end this agreement with [7] days' written notice.
    • Fees are not refundable, except where the law gives the client a right to cancel (see "Missing or worth checking").

    8. Client commitments

    • Come to sessions prepared and on time.
    • Complete agreed actions between sessions, or share what got in the way.
    • Give honest feedback about what is and is not working.
