ChatGPT Skill Trigger Test Harness turns supplied skill definitions into an oracle-first routing evaluation. It tests what should activate, what must stay inactive, where two skills collide, when the agent should clarify, and whether fresh threads, conversation carryover, or Memory conditions change the observable routing result.

Boundaries

This is a routing test harness, not a generic skill builder and not a grader for the selected skill's task output. It does not expose hidden ChatGPT router internals. If no observable selection signal exists, it reports ROUTE NOT OBSERVABLE. Live ChatGPT workspace behavior was not executed during package validation.
