Chargeback Evidence Checklist (free)

Gives a Shopify store owner the evidence checklist for the chargeback or inquiry in front of them, before they write anything. For the dispute reason (Fraudulent, Unrecognized, Product not received, Product unacceptable, Credit not processed, Subscription canceled, Duplicate, General) it lists what to gather, marks each item Have, Get, Check or Not available from what the owner says, tells them where to find it in the Shopify admin or elsewhere, what Shopify already adds automatically, the file rules, and when accepting is cheaper than fighting. Never invents evidence. Use when someone says "I got a chargeback, what do I need", "what evidence should I submit", "item not received chargeback, what do I upload", "customer disputed the charge on Shopify", "how do I prepare for this dispute", or pastes a Shopify Payments chargeback panel.
