#1 — NVDA
Score: 82/100
Status: Near Breakout
Why it ranks here
- Trend: Price is above its major moving averages, supporting a constructive trend.
- Momentum / relative strength: Momentum remains positive, although short-term momentum has cooled.
- Volume: Breakout confirmation still needs to be assessed against recent average volume.
- Structure: NVDA is approaching a major resistance/buy-point area.
- Risk/reward: Entry should be evaluated only after a technically confirmed trigger.
Trigger: Sustained breakout above the established resistance level with meaningful volume confirmation.
Invalidation: Failure of the breakout and return into the prior base.
What would strengthen the setup: Strong volume expansion and a decisive close above resistance.
What would weaken it: A failed breakout, declining volume, or rejection back into the base.
Watchlist
- Best confirmed setup: None without full breakout confirmation.
- Best early setup: NVDA
- Best risk/reward: Requires verified entry and invalidation levels.
- Needs confirmation: NVDA, AAPL and TSLA

What you get
About this skill
Find the strongest breakout setups without guessing
Breakout Scout turns a stock watchlist or defined market universe into a structured technical ranking. Instead of relying on a single indicator or subjective opinion, it evaluates each candidate across five measurable dimensions and produces a transparent Breakout Strength Score from 0 to 100.
What it does
- Scans a user-provided watchlist or clearly defined market universe for technical breakout setups.
- Scores each candidate across trend alignment, momentum/relative strength, volume confirmation, price structure, and risk/reward.
- Classifies setups as Breakout Ready, Near Breakout, Unconfirmed Breakout, or Weak Setup.
- Ranks candidates using a consistent 100-point framework: 20 trend + 20 momentum + 20 volume + 25 structure + 15 risk/reward.
- Identifies technically supported breakout triggers and invalidation conditions.
- Flags important event and data risks, including upcoming earnings and weak confirmation.
- Separates verified market data from user-provided information and never invents missing prices or indicators.
Why use Breakout Scout?
Manual screening can become inconsistent when multiple stocks need to be compared. Breakout Scout applies the same scoring framework to every candidate, making it easier to compare setups and understand exactly why one ranks above another.
Typical use cases
- Screening a watchlist for swing-trading breakout candidates.
- Comparing several stocks approaching technical resistance.
- Finding early-stage setups that still need breakout confirmation.
- Auditing a potential trade using trend, momentum, volume, structure, and risk/reward.
- Building a ranked technical watchlist from a defined stock universe.
Important data discipline
When current market data is available, the skill is designed to verify prices, volume, technical levels, and other material figures before ranking candidates. When data cannot be verified, it identifies the missing information rather than manufacturing a result.
Limitations
Breakout Scout requires access to current market-data/web tools or user-provided market data for live screening. It is a technical screening and research tool, not a guarantee of trading performance or personalized financial advice.
