What it teaches the agent

When to run a CNPJ check (KYC, vendor vetting, onboarding, compliance) and which tool to call: relatorio_completo for the full picture, or one of the four single-source tools.
How to read the per-source status. An empty list means "nothing on record" only when that source is ok. A failed source comes back as null, never as an empty list.
How to report a partial result: which sections failed, what could and could not be verified, and what to retry.
Coverage limits to state out loud: sanctions are four federal registries (CEIS, CNEP, CEPIM, leniency agreements); contracts are the federal Executive branch only.
What the server never returns (partners, e-mails, phones: LGPD) and that it gives facts with source and date, with no risk score.
