Create a playful urban bakery identity for Morrow Crumb. Its promise is “Leave a little joy for tomorrow.” The audience is neighborhood bakery visitors. Explore three genuinely different concepts; avoid a letter monogram, chef mascot, or invented food certification. Select a direction using the brief, create a related eight-icon family and three useful applications: a takeaway label, an information-rich sample menu, and an expressive neighborhood poster. Provide English and Chinese descriptors and copy while keeping the approved brand name Morrow Crumb. Treat all hours, addresses, prices, and ingredients as clearly fictional layout samples. Author editable SVG artwork, PNG previews, a favicon, brief and tokens, and a concise usage guide.

Morrow Crumb — fictional bakery identity study

This demonstration is summarized from the actual authored Morrow Crumb brief, canonical geometry, tokens, guide, and application artwork. It is a creator example of the method, not a record of an Agensi buyer run and not an included brand template.

    Design thesis
Morrow supplies the forward step; Crumb supplies the bitten bread heel and detached piece. The character walks toward its next morning rather than acting as a letter monogram. The tone is playful, morning-led, and familiar to the neighborhood. The exact brand name remains Morrow Crumb in both languages; Chinese descriptors and copy are translated without inventing a Chinese brand name.

    Three concept directions

    1. Walking heel — a character built from a bread heel, bite, advancing feet, and detached crumb. Selected for its direct connection to both words and its lively personality without a chef mascot.
    2. Morning bag — a folded takeaway bag enclosing a rising roll. A clear retail object, but less characterful for this brief.
    3. Crumb procession — three irregular crumbs rising into a larger bread piece. Useful rhythm for bags, but weaker as a single small identifier.

    Identity rules
Use cocoa ink #54251C on cream #FFF0CE, pink #E9AFB8 for an accent surface, and muted brown #795045 for secondary information. The display face in this creator study is Fraunces at weight 800 with SOFT 70, WONK 1, and opsz 72; Space Grotesk supplies body copy. Pair spacing is deliberately adjusted for Mo, rr, ow, Cr, and ru. These are real font-based typesetting decisions, not a claim of custom-drawn lettering. The Chinese study uses installed Heiti SC with PingFang SC / Noto Sans CJK SC / sans-serif fallbacks. Its Chinese font file is not distributed.

Use the primary character at 48 px and above. At 16–32 px use the authored micro form: retain the bite, round eye, triangular second eye, and walking feet; remove the mouth and detached crumb. Clear space is 12 units of the 100-unit viewBox, based on the detached crumb width. The guide's full-lockup minimum of 260 px is provisional; below it prefer mark-only and inspect the actual use.

    Icon family
Eight semantic icons cover Bread, Pastry, Ingredients, From the oven, Takeaway, Pre-order collection, Opening hours, and Neighborhood. They share a 24-unit viewBox, 2.2-unit stroke, and round caps and joins without repeating the logo inside every icon.

    Three authored applications

    • Takeaway label: “Tomorrow’s little bite”; Wheat heel loaf, 250 g; fictional ingredients and a visible non-compliance-label note.
    • Information-rich menu: “At the corner / sample menu”; three sample items and prices, daily 08:00–17:00, fictional 6 Crumb Street, and a pink takeaway/pre-order panel. Prices, ingredients, contact, and address are demonstration data.
    • Neighborhood poster: “A crumb for tomorrow.”; a large walking character, bakery identity, hours, and a fictional-address label.
English and Chinese application artwork is supplied in the creator study, with the original English name preserved.

    Actual creator artifacts
The study contains editable primary, micro, monochrome and reversed SVG marks; live-text and genuine Latin-outlined lockups; three concept SVGs; eight icon SVGs; English/Chinese application SVGs with raster PNG previews; native-size evidence, a favicon, brand-brief.json and brand-tokens.json, and a usage guide. A static comparison gallery supports case/language switching and real artifact links. This particular gallery is not a live name/color editor.

    Boundaries
These authored demonstration assets, gallery source, and font files are creator materials, not files bundled with the purchased Skill. A buyer's Agent creates a new identity for the buyer's own brief and delivers generated work using its available and permitted capabilities. This study establishes no real bakery offer, food-label compliance, trademark clearance, manufacture, or exclusive rights. Font dependencies and any unperformed checks must remain visible in a real client handoff.

    About this skill

    Instruction release: v0.3.0

A strong brand begins with a logo that means something. Brand Identity Studio Pro guides your Agent through the craft behind it: a clear design thesis, genuinely different concept directions, optical refinement, deliberate lettering, and a visual system that works beyond the presentation board.

For a complete new identity, the workflow develops three brief-specific concepts, refines the selected mark and wordmark, establishes color and typography, creates a related icon family, and carries the identity through at least three useful applications. It also supports focused improvements to an existing identity while preserving the characteristics you have approved.

    What makes the method different

    • Brief-specific design: compare wordmarks, emblems, combinations, monograms, characters, or abstract constructions when they fit the brief. Cosmetic variations of one logo do not count as separate concepts.
    • Logo craft before decoration: inspect silhouettes, counters, spacing, monochrome and reversed forms, and native 16/24/32/48 px behavior. Small-size forms receive optical corrections when needed.
    • A coherent system: align logo variants, typography, color roles, semantic icons, and applications with the same design rules.
    • Purposeful applications: select relevant jobs such as packaging, garment labels, hospitality signage, clinic information, research materials, or digital interfaces. Avoid simply stamping a logo onto three rectangles.
    • English and Chinese: use the exact approved names, real glyph coverage, and intentional bilingual hierarchy.
    • Editable handoff: guide a capable Agent to author SVG geometry, actual PNG outputs, a favicon, tokens and manifest data, a usage guide, and a browser workbench with working edits and exports. Formats depend on the available execution and delivery capabilities and must be verified before handoff.
    • Optional contextual imagery: with an authorized image provider, study the approved identity on appropriate materials and in real-world scenes. Editable masters remain the authority for exact geometry and lettering.

The supporting guidance covers 18 scenario playbooks, 16 construction methods, and material finishing directions. These are starting points for original work, not a fixed template catalog. The creator showcase illustrates contrasting fictional identities; its brand assets, photos, fonts, and workbench source are not included buyer templates.

    Getting started

Provide the exact brand name, audience, offer, primary uses, preferred language, and any supplied identity or references. For example: “Create a bilingual visual identity for a neighborhood bakery. Develop three distinct logo concepts, a related icon family, takeaway packaging, and an editable SVG handoff.”

    Requirements and delivery

Use an Agent capable of design reasoning and authoring SVG/HTML. File execution, browser preview, and permitted artifact delivery are needed for the complete interactive workbench and verified multi-format handoff. An image-generation provider is optional and any provider charges are separate. Fonts must cover the requested language and permit their intended use.

This purchase provides a design workflow through Agensi's current access system; it does not promise a downloadable or offline Skill package. Local creator tests cover desktop and phone previews, English/Chinese output, personalization, and actual vector/raster exports. A real buyer-session test through Agensi has not been completed for this version. Generated-file handling depends on the buyer's Agent and the platform's permitted capabilities.

Designs require review against your real brief. The Skill does not provide trademark clearance, guaranteed exclusivity, manufacturing validation, or identical results across all Agents. Context images are fictional visual studies; generated lettering and spacing may be interpretive, and edited scenes may require regeneration.
