Review an existing static site. Do not rebuild it. You take built output in, and you return a scored, prioritized review the owner can act on in one sitting.
Ask these five questions and wait for answers before scoring. Defaults are noted only for when the user explicitly says "just use defaults."
- Site type? Blog / docs, marketing site, portfolio, or static e-commerce catalogue?
- Framework? Astro, another static generator (Hugo, Eleventy, Jekyll, Next export), or plain hand-written HTML?
- Main goal? Speed first, SEO first, or both equally?
- Page count and shape? Roughly how many built pages? One template repeated, or many hand-made pages?
- Hosting? Static host with CDN, plain web server, GitHub Pages, or not decided yet? Any control over cache headers and compression?
