    Most developers either ignore reviews or paste the same "Thanks for your feedback!" under every one. Both cost you: an unanswered bug report reads as abandonment to the next visitor, and an identical reply under a furious 1-star and a glowing 5-star reads as a bot.

    This skill fixes that with triage first. Every review is classified before anything is written, each class gets its own structure, and every draft is checked against both stores' reply policies before you post it. It covers Apple App Store and Google Play, solo or small-team, at any volume you can paste in.

    It does not post replies for you, log into any console, or pull reviews automatically. You paste reviews in; you get classified, ready-to-post drafts out; you post them yourself.

    Ask these five questions before drafting anything. If the user already answered one, record it and do not ask again. Do not draft until Questions 1, 2, and 4 are known; if the user proceeds with gaps, state the defaults you are using.
