Amazon Listing Policy Check

A deterministic pre-publish screen for the copy mistakes that get Amazon listings suppressed, flagged or suspended. scripts/amz-check.js checks the universal rules (links, contact info, promo text, review claims), title-specific format rules, restricted-claims categories, and keyword-stuffing hygiene — each flag with the policy and the fix.

Hard rules — read before every run

• This is a screen, not legal or policy advice. Category rules

differ (supplements, pesticides, medical devices are stricter) — the disclaimer field must reach the user.

• high = suppression-risk violations Amazon enforces automatically.

medium = real claims needing substantiation, not automatic removal. low = style/hygiene.

• Claims like "organic" or "Made in USA" are legal IF substantiated —

the flag tells the seller what to verify, not what to delete.

• Only scan listings the user owns or manages.

1. Run

Requires Node 18+, zero dependencies.
