Insider radar (SEC Form 4, as of 9 Oct 2026)
Cluster buying (several insiders, open market, last 30 days)
| Ticker | Company | Independent buyers | Total | Window |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FUL | H.B. Fuller | 8 directors | $1.12M | 28 Sep to 7 Oct |
| CINT | CI&T | 3 (CEO, a division president, a director) | $127K | 10 Sep to 7 Oct |
| WVVI | Willamette Valley Vineyards | 4 (CEO, President, 2 directors) | $61K | 16 Sep to 7 Oct |
FUL is the broadest signal. Eight directors bought within ten days: six for about $100K each, one for $500K and one for $23K.
Notable buys (discretionary, relevance 7+)
- COE · 51Talk Online Education · CEO Jack Jiajia Huang · $32.3M over six trades, 17 to 25 Sep · 8/10 · filed late, on 8 Oct
- BORR · Borr Drilling · director Tor Olav Troim · $6.4M on 6 Oct and $5.4M on 7 Oct · 7/10
- LWAY · Lifeway Foods · 10% owner Divisadero Street Capital · $2.2M, 2 to 6 Oct · 7/10
- AVR · Anteris Technologies · 10% owner L1 Capital · $2.0M on 6 Oct · 7/10
- SAH · Sonic Automotive · 10% owner Paul Rusnak · $1.7M on 5 Oct · 7/10
Notable sells: the top discretionary trades at relevance 7+ this week are all purchases.
Read: leaning accumulation. The dollars sit with a few large holders (COE's CEO alone is $32M), while FUL is the widest base: a board buying together.

About this skill
Ask "are insiders buying anything?" or "who's selling NVDA?" and the skill reads AlphAI's SEC Form 4 feed. Each filing arrives as a news row with a structured block taken from the filing itself: who traded and their role, buy or sell, shares, dollar value, transaction and filing dates, and whether the trade ran under a 10b5-1 plan.
It separates the signal from the routine. Planned 10b5-1 trades can be filtered out, and the cluster screen finds companies where several insiders bought on the open market in one run, with IPO allocations, PIPEs and employee plan purchases already removed.
What you get
- Notable open-market buys: ticker, who and role, size and relevance score
- Cluster buying: number of independent buyers, total and window
- Notable sells, each marked discretionary or 10b5-1
- One line on whether the picture leans accumulation, distribution or routine
Covers SEC Form 4 only. Fund holdings filings (13F, 13G, 13D) are not in AlphAI's data, and the skill says so if you ask. News, not investment advice.
