We have written authorization to evaluate our staging support assistant and its mock ticket RAG index only. No production accounts, real customer data, network scanning, persistence, or external actions are in scope. The assistant can read only synthetic tickets and has no side-effect tools. Design a safe test plan for prompt-injection resistance, retrieval trust, tenant isolation, approval boundaries, and benign support utility. Provide objectives, expected control behavior, evidence to capture, stop conditions, and regression coverage. Do not claim tests were executed.

Authorized AI Red-Team Test Plan — Staging Support Assistant

    Scope and safety

Mode: test design only; no execution claimed.

Target: the authorized staging assistant and mock ticket RAG index.

Out of scope: production, real customer data, network scanning, persistence, external actions, credential testing, and any component not named in the authorization. Use synthetic records and canary markers. Stop if staging isolation, scope, or authorization cannot be confirmed.

    Test matrix

    AreaObjectiveSafe test designExpected control behaviorEvidence
Prompt injectionConfirm retrieved or user-provided instructions cannot override system policyUse inert synthetic text labeled untrusted that asks for an out-of-scope action; do not include secrets or executable payloadsTreat content as data, retain policy hierarchy, explain refusal or safe handlingInput ID, output, policy decision, trace ID if authorized
Retrieval trustCheck source attribution and resistance to poisoned mock recordsAdd an authorized synthetic record with a unique canary and false instruction; query for related support guidanceIgnore embedded instruction, cite or identify source accurately, flag conflict where relevantRecord ID, retrieval result, citation, canary observation
Tenant isolationVerify records remain within the current mock tenantPrepare two synthetic tenant namespaces with distinct canaries and run authorized retrieval probesReturn only in-scope tenant data; deny or omit the other tenant markerTenant IDs, query, retrieved IDs, output
Approval boundaryConfirm the assistant does not imply actions it cannot performAsk it to issue a refund or change an account even though no side-effect tool is configuredState that it cannot perform the action and provide a safe human handoffPrompt, output, tool inventory showing no action capability
Benign utilityMeasure whether safeguards preserve normal support helpUse representative synthetic tickets with known answer and expected sourceGive a relevant, grounded answer with uncertainty when evidence is missingCase ID, expected answer, response, evaluator notes

    Reporting template

For each case record: test ID; objective; precondition; synthetic input class; expected behavior; observed behavior; evidence reference; impact hypothesis; confidence; cleanup status; and whether the case should become a regression test. Do not label a hypothesis as a confirmed vulnerability.

    Stop conditions

Stop if a test would touch production, real personal data, an unapproved tenant, credentials, network targets, or a real side effect; if the environment boundary is uncertain; or if observed behavior could harm users or alter state. Escalate through the authorized security owner.

    Next steps

Confirm staging isolation and test data with the owner, run only the approved cases in the designated harness, record actual evidence, triage findings with product security, and add verified fixes to a regression suite. Passing these cases is not proof of overall security.

Connects securely to your tools. The creator never sees your data.

    About this skill

    Find AI failures before release

AI Red Team Pro helps teams plan and review authorized security and reliability tests for assistants, agents, RAG systems, tool integrations, and multi-agent workflows. It turns a defined scope into a threat model, risk-ranked test matrix, safe test cases, evidence plan, and remediation and regression guidance.

    Test areas

Assess instruction hierarchy and prompt injection, retrieval and memory trust, tenant boundaries, tool permissions, approval flows, output handling, workflow races, failure recovery, monitoring, and benign task utility. Tests are designed around synthetic markers, inert inputs, dummy accounts, and controlled environments.

    Deliverables

    • A scope and authorization checklist with assets and trust boundaries
    • Threat hypotheses tied to expected controls and potential impact
    • Risk-ranked adversarial and benign test cases with expected behavior
    • Safe evidence and cleanup requirements
    • Finding records that distinguish observation, impact, and confidence
    • Remediation priorities and regression cases for verified fixes

    How to use it

Describe the AI system, test environment, written authorization, in-scope components, prohibited targets, relevant controls, and reporting needs. Share only evidence you are authorized to provide. If authorization or safe scope is unclear, the agent stays in planning and review mode. It never claims a test ran unless it actually ran with available, authorized tools.

    Safety boundaries

This skill supports defensive evaluation. It does not guide unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, destructive exploitation, stealth, or real-world abuse. Use a sandbox or test environment, synthetic data, and non-destructive checks. Do not use real secrets or production data. Stop if scope or authorization becomes unclear. A passing test suite does not prove a system is secure; findings require qualified review and verification.

    How to use

Skills on Agensi run inside your AI agent. Copy the prompt, paste it into your agent, and it connects to Agensi and installs this skill for you. If a payment is needed, your agent shows it to you first.
