Hi — I’m Hans Karlsson, founder of Spec72 (https://spec72.dev). Spec72 sells last-mile documentation for people who run AI agents in production: Catalog SKILL.md packs, Agent Ops Audits (drop-off map + edge-case prompts), and 72h Sprint kits (SKILL.md + SOP + knowledge base). Buyers get Markdown they drop into their agent folder — we don’t host the agent or hold keys. My background is operations, not “prompt theater.” For 15+ years I led multi-brand teams across Latin America and Europe: national expansions, shared services, training systems, quality control, and P&L ownership.
