Gowthaman Arumugam

I’m Gowthaman Arumugam, an independent AI security researcher. I build open-source tools that help AI agents use MCP servers safely. I created mcp-bastion, a reliability and security proxy for MCP. It reconnects servers that drop mid-session and blocks tool poisoning and rug-pull attacks at runtime. It also writes audit trails mapped to the NIST AI RMF and OWASP LLM Top 10. I also created mcp-defense-bench, an open benchmark that measures how much of the MCP attack surface a proxy defends. All my skills here are free and open source.
